to achieve various objectives such as improving performance, developing
capabilities, reducing risk, and increasing compliance.
This course provides an overview of Supplier Development and discusses different levels of Supplier Development maturity in various organizations. Supplier Development process steps are reviewed in detail, followed by a discussion on what it takes to implement a formal Supplier Development program.
